Overview

Digital Oxygen Index (VOC) Tester conforms to ISO4589, ASTM D2863 and ASTM D2369 Standard. The apparatus is used to determine the buring difficulty when the material contact with flame in the air. It can be used for Homogeneous solid materials, laminated material, film and thin-film material

Features

1. Igniter: Dedicated hand hold butane electronic igniter

2. User can read the concentration of oxygen and nitrogen directly from the flowmeter

3. Mixed gas inlet: Pressure maintaining valve, flow control valve, gas filter and mixing chamber

4. Sample holder: Self-supporting holder, it can hold sample vertically and suitable to flexible and rigid plastic

5. The apparatus adopts relay control system, so as to guarantee the measuring precision and performance

6. The combustor is made of heat resisting glass with high quality (ID:100mm, Length:450mm) Outlet ID:40mm

7. Pointer-type press oxygen and nitrogen pressure. Adjust the oxygen pressure and nitrogen pressure by regulating valve

8. Commingler adopts glass beads-filled form, mix the oxygen and nitrogen evenly (Glass beads φ4.5mm, Packing height:95mm

9. The apparatus consists of following safety protection devices: Power overload protection, short circuit protection and control loop over load protection

10. The control cabinet adopts numerical control processing technology, it is made of high quality SU5034 mirror stainless steel with attractive appearance and convenient to operate
